Laser Cutting & Metal Shaping Capacity
We have professional production lines that have the capacity to produce standard laser cutting machines, customized metal shaping equipment, heavy-duty fabrication units and intelligent automated processing equipment respectively.
- With integrated production process, we are capable of achieving;
- daily machine output of 50 sets,
- the largest cutting thickness of 80mm,
- the maximum processing width of 6000mm,
- the longest cutting length of 12000mm,
- high-strength steel cutting of full specification,
- precision metal shaping of complex profiles,
- and intelligent automatic feeding and unloading system matching.
Workshop Production Capacity
Our advanced metal equipment assembly workshop can produce 15,000 sets of laser cutting and metal shaping machines per year.
Machining & R&D Capacity
Our technical workshop is equipped with over 70 of the world's classic and high-precision CNC cutting equipment and metal processing facilities, 30 large intelligent gantry cutting machines and fixed beam processing machines, and nearly 3000 units of other various supporting facilities required for stable quality production of our products.
We manufacture core machine parts in-house
We introduced world advanced computer simulation software to model, simulate and analyze material cutting, metal shaping, structural design and precision machining to assure the quality of core components of our products.
